Latent Forces in Interstitial Spaces, Keely

Keely
"Recently some questions, propounded to Mr. Keely by a scientist, elicited answers which the man of science admitted were clear and definite, but no physicist could accept Keely's assertion that incalculable amounts of latent force exist in the molecular space, for the simple reason that science asserts that molecular aggregation is attended with dissipation of energy instead of its absorption. The questions asked were:-

I. "In disintegrating water, how many foot-pounds of energy have you to expend in order or produce or induce the vibratory energy in your acoustical apparatus?"

Answer.- "No foot-pounds at all. The force necessary to excite disintegration when the instrument is sensitized, both in sensitization and development, would not be sufficient to wind up a watch."

II. "What is the amount of energy that you get out of that initial amount of water, say twelve drops, when decomposed into ether?"

Answer.- "From twelve drops of water a force can be developed that will fill a chamber of seven pint volume no less than six times with a pressure of ten tons to the square inch."

III. "In other words, if you put so many pounds of energy into vibratory motion, how many foot-pounds do you get out of this?"

Answer.- "All molecular masses of metal represent in their interstitial molecular spaces incalculable amounts of latent force, which if awakened and brought into intense vibratory action by the medium of sympathetic liberation, would result in thousands of billions more power in foot-pounds than that necessary to awaken it. The resultant development of any and all forces is only accomplished by conditions that awaken the latent energy they have carried with them during molecular aggregation. If the latent force that exists in a pound of water could be sympathetically evolved or liberated up to the seventh subdivision or compound interetheric, and could be stored free of rotation, it would be in my estimation sufficient to run the power of the world for a century." [Vibratory Physics - True Science]

"Latent force is accumulated and held in interstitial space by corpuscular aggregation, otherwise the progressive disintegration of water could not induce increased volume and pressure.

"The latent force liberated from liquids and gases differs from that liberated from metals in that it is elastic, giving an infinite variety of pressure, whereas in the metals, vibration simply extends the range of neutral sympathetic attraction without corpuscular rupture as it reaches out for concordance in the sympathizer.

"This sympathetic latent power is held by the incalculable velocity of the molecular etheric capsule and the atomic etheric capsule, which rotate at billions of times per second, in interstitial corpuscular aggregation.

"Imagine a magnified molecule twelve inches in diameter, having an atmospheric envelope 1/16th in. thick, rotating at the same relative velocity as the etheric envelope of the actual molecule. The very lowest estimate of its velocity is 600,000 miles per second which would be impenetrable to a steel pointed projectile moving with the greatest velocity we can give to it. A rotating envelope such as this would hermetically enclose an internal pressure of several thousands of pounds per square inch, especially when we consider that the ether, unlike the atmospheric film which has inertia and consequently centrifugal (entropic) force, has centripetal (syntropic) force or neutral attraction in direct proportion to its velocity. This is the explanation of the wonderful pressures evolved by aqueous disintegration, which have been measured on a lever specially built for this purpose, strong enough to stand three times the explosive power of gunpowder. The evolution of power from the latent condition in interstitial space by the proper exciters in all its multiplicity of forms proves the "connecting link" between the celestial and terrestrial, the infinite and the finite. The absence of latent energy in matter would make life an impossibility.

"The mighty forces latent in corpuscular matter - and all matter - are held in oscillating vortex action, this latent, registered definite power interchanging sympathetically with the celestial radiating stream (renewing loss in radiation through absorption by receptiveness) whereby light, heat, electricity and magnetism are propagated in their different orders, vitalizing Nature with their life giving principles." John Keely. [Clara Bloomfield-Moore, Keely and His Discoveries, p. 171, 1893]

"The latent force excited by a sympathizer or resonating sphere, acting both as receptor and generator through the Trexar, in connection with metallic masses, merely extends the range of the neutral sympathetic attraction in the metallic molecules, without corpuscular rupture, and this sympathetic outreach links the neutral center to its harmonic sympathizer (its opposite sex mate) as long as its exciter (disturber of equilibrium) continues in action. When its exciter is dissociated (disconnected), the Outreach returns and again nestles in the corpuscular embrace of the metallic mass. This is the polar sympathetic harness - rotation produced in a steel disk by associating the polar dominant current, which leads the triune terrestrial stream, with vibratory attraction on metallic mediums." Snell Manuscript

"This latent neutral force Keely has diverted, and brought about "coordination between the two mediums, celestial radiation and terrestrial sympathetic outreach.

"With our present knowledge," writes Mr. Keely, "no definition can be given of this latent force; which, possessing all the conditions of attraction and repulsion associated with it, is free of magnetism. If it is a condition of Electricity, robbed of all electrical phenomena, or a magnetic force, rebellant to the phenomena associated with magnetic development, the only philosophical conclusion I can arrive at is that this indefinable element is the Soul of matter. Were not every form of matter, even to the cerebral convolutions of the Brain, impregnated with this latent element of force, which is sympathetically subservient to celestial radiation, nature would be like a still-born child, or a marble statue - dead to the sympathetic association that induces motion. Matter could not exist without this element, this spiritual essence, this impregnation from the Deity, which is its Soul, any more than a man with an ossified Brain could have motion or life." [What Electricity Is - Bloomfield Moore]

"It is a canon of science that molecular aggregation generally involves dissipation of energy. On the contrary for more than fifteen years Keely has demonstrated that all molecular aggregation is attended with an absorption of energy; relieving by vibratory power the latent force held in a few drops of water and showing thereby a pressure of from ten to fifteen tons per square inch; claiming that resultant development of any force and of all forces is only accomplished by conditions that awaken the latent energy carried during molecular aggregation." [Vibratory Physics - The Connecting Link between Mind and Matter]

"This, Keely established in the one experiment of disintegration of water, releasing from three drops the latent energy carried, during and from the time of molecular aggregation, and showing a pressure of fifteen tons to the square inch." [Vibratory Physics - The Connecting Link between Mind and Matter]

"Bring a steel rod in contact with a magnet, and the latent energy in the rod is brought into action without its becoming impregnated by its magnetic exciter. Energy is an infinite latent force. If it did not exist it could not be generated. Consequently, there would be no energy to lose nor to conserve. The volume of latent energy in the etheric domain never increases nor ever grows less. It will remain the same, as yesterday to-day and for ever." [Vibratory Physics - The Connecting Link between Mind and Matter]

Latent Forces, Bearden
There are actually two kinds of EM energy: (1) externalized EM energy, or EM energy in translation (perceptible) , and (2) internalized EM energy, or EM energy trapped with a medium and externally translating, in other words 'held latent' (not perceptible). Note that the trapped internal EM energy is quite dynamic, and continually acting on the local medium. Note also another marvelous thing which orthodox physics has completely missed: Trapped internal EM energy is essentially perpetual; it may be regarded as continually doing internal "work" on the medium, but since it is not translatable externally, it cannot dissipate. This is because "trapped" means that the energy is in its own "closed system"; therefore the energy of that closed self-system is conserved (perpetual) until something breaks (opens) up the closed self-system. It is energy that is completely dynamic, but localized. This is a new and more rigorous interpretation of potential energy. Potential energy is simply localized energy that is not translating externally, hence is never dissipate as external work. It is continually and completely doing internal work. (In other words, the "trapped" energy is held in an undifferentiated centralized or focalized combination where none of the aliquot or constituent components are perceptible. The component forces are acting sympathetically together as One force. The release of these "occulted" forces is done by differentiating them, one from the other (out of harmonic balance). A good example of this is natural sun light, which cannot be seen until it is differentiated via molecular modulation into its component colors as in a rainbow.)

What we are saying is that the very concept of energy is simply that of continual expenditure of work completely locally and internally (focalized) - on and in the medium - without external translation through the medium. That can be taken as the definition of a medium: an entity or regime where this holds. Hence the difference between energy and work is simply only external translation. That is, with zero external translation, there is zero external scattering because no distance is involved - and work has been equated to the external scattering of EM energy in multiple directions over specific distances. We accent the latter statement: the present concept of physical work a priori assumes simultaneous external translation of EM energy (trapped work (latent energy) into multiple directions at once - i.e., it assumes scattering.

The situation is clarified if we realize that we can consider any particular thing as simply a collection of even finer things (component or aliquot parts). Applying this principle, the energy of one object becomes the local collection of the energies of many finer objects. The energy of one finite region of spacetime becomes a collection of the energies of even finer regions of spacetime, where these finer regions are all part of the larger collective region. When energy does not externally translate (become externally manifest), it does not matter whether or not it is thought of as "energy" in the rather mystical orthodox sense of "the capacity to do external work", or if it is thought of as "continually ocurring internal work without external translation" - which latter, of course, just simply means without doing external work.

The result of all that laborious reasoning is this: energy may be regarded as internalized (harmonic, centralized, syntropy) work. Work may be regarded as externalized and scattered energy (enharmonic, entropy). Presently, internalized work is sometimes referred to as virtual work. I.e., work is being done, but not in external translation (outward).

One additional factor must be noted: Since the energy of an object is actually a localized (held latent, focalized, centralized) collection of the energies of many smaller subthings (components or aliquot parts) of the object, then those subthings may be externally translated (liberated) in two fashions: (1) they can be translated (liberated) in multiple directions, out of the region, in which case their energies now are not integrated. In other words, the "energies" of the subobjects now react individually with the observer/detector/instrument. We may say that the "energy of the original region" - which was an integral of all the subenergies - has now been disintegrated (dissociated, liberated). In physics, the notion of this disintegration of internalized energy by external scattering is known as the production of heat (via modulation/demodulation). The concept of heat applies to the degree of external scattering and hence disintegration of internalized energy. Things which can be lined up and integrated are things that are ordered (syntropy). Thus the scattering of internalized energy (the scattering of order) is disordering of energy (entropy). [Bearden, (Gravitobiology - A New Biophysics Tesla Book Company, P. O.
