Law of Mentalism

Return to Core Concepts of Sympathetic Vibratory Physics
The Law of Mentalism is a foundational principle asserting that all manifestation arises from Mind. It is the causal law from which all vibratory activity, force, and form emerge.
Definition
The Law of Mentalism states: “All is Mind; the universe is mental.” This means that the origin of all vibration, motion, and matter lies not in physicality, but in consciousness or intention.
In SVP, this is expressed as Mind disturbing the Scalar Potential, setting sympathetic motion into play. Nothing moves until something thinks. Motion is not self-originating — it is sympathetically induced by a mental cause.
Origin and Historical Sources
Attributed to: Hermes Trismegistus, Egyptian-Greek sage
Codified in: The Kybalion (1908), by the anonymous “Three Initiates”
Stated as: The first of the Seven Hermetic Principles
Phrase: “All is Mind; the universe is mental.”
Rooted in ancient Hermetic, Egyptian, and Gnostic teachings
SVP Alignment
John Keely stated: “Thought is the great disturber of equilibrium.”
→ Meaning: Motion arises from mental excitation of scalar rest.
Walter Russell: “Mind is the Light which stills the divided pairs.”
→ Desire is the cause of motion; Mind centers all systems.
Mary Baker Eddy, Phineas Quimby: Disease and healing are mental vibrations impressed on the body.
In SVP, Mind is not a passive observer but an active excitatory agent — a scalar tuner that sets fields into harmonic or discordant states.
Function
Initiates sympathetic vibration via focused thought or desire
Modulates frequency, pitch, and polarization of surrounding fields
Acts through consciousness to harmonize, heal, or distort
Operates in all scales: atomic, etheric, mental, emotional
This law underpins scalar healing, intention-based devices, vibrational medicine, and mental entrainment technologies.
