Motion has two aspects: 1) concept or idea and 2) apparent or illusion of motion such as aggregation or attraction, repulsion, revolution and rotation. [See The Universal One pages 149-150]

"It is well to recall the fact that the concept of motion is universally simultaneous and its expression sequential." [See The Universal One page 150]

Meaning the idea of motion is simultaneous but its expression (illusion) is sequential from positive to negative and back.
