Terrestrial/Entropic/Oscillation/Orbit increases velocity and decreases power (oscillation/revolution) from -00+ to 4++.
The two above actions occur in an inverse relation to each other. One increases the other decreases much as a seesaw in motion and as the well known Square Law and its Inverse Square Law.
