Solar Rings and Planetary Formation

The universe is a most wonderful and curious creation to inquisitive humans, both on the micro and macro scale. Walter Russell gave us a wonderful set of keys to understand this creation. As a devoted student of his work, I know that once we gain an understanding of Walter Russell's prime tool, Rhythmic Balanced Interchange, we too can see the corollaries of the workings of Universe. It is my hope that this article will give the reader an appreciation of the possibilities.
We need to start answering fundamental questions from a causal perspective, rather than the process of observation by effects. I too, look at the effects to answer my questions of unknown natural functions. Most times I do not see the relationships that are present within an observation to answer how something operates, matures, and evolves. Armed with the knowledge of cause, it does not take long to become inspired and motivated to probe deeper into a question. Take the viewpoint of looking at a cause instead of its effect. Always armed with the tools of the cause, a person will find him or herself grabbing a hold of a hinge point that unlocks knowledge much more rapidly than before.
This article is devoted to the application of Russelian principles focusing on the question of; how do spheres form rings around primary bodies in space. This question in itself is most likely new to many of our readers. Currently accepted and popular scientific theories have concluded that planets were not formed from stars, but from stellar dust captured around the stars in the early period of a stars life. Another theory that has been widely excepted is that planetary satellites or moons may also be captured dust formed the same way. Many scientists theorize that our moon may be a captured stellar rouge body. Some theories speculate that moons may indeed be formed from the ejecta of primaries. One theory suggests that our moon was a smaller captured body or earths fragmented body from a glancing stellar objects blow with its present mass added from dust left circling around our broken and now self repaired planet. A kind of a composite or hybrid theory of the two theories just mentioned.
Using information given to us from Walter Russell, I will offer a process in accordance with Russellian Science to answer the question. Bodies in Space are not captured; they are birthed from parent primaries just as all of the other things in universe are. The universe is a closed system that repeats itself at all levels using simple basic processes repeated throughout creation again and again. Systems grow, mature, evolve, die, and return to the ether Space from which they were formed. They will then again reappear and repeat an infinite life principle, through motion.
I would at this point ask you, the reader, to allow yourself to remain open to a new way of looking at an idea that you may already have. A fixed opinion and cherished theories would need to be placed aside. Open mindedness gives us the freedom and the ability to see, think and learn in new ways. Let me offer one short example before moving on. Take the example offered in The Secret of Light, Negative oxygen bubbles gather at the positive pole of a charging electric battery and positive hydrogen bubbles gather at the negative pole of a charging electric battery. What has actually happened is that the positive pole is taking the positive condition out of the water, leaving the negative oxygen as residue. The negative pole is, likewise, taking the negative condition out of the water, leaving the positive hydrogen as residue. Again like seeks like. The Secret of Light, page 157. How often we miss the obvious in our observations. And the best of us along with the best scientists do the same.
Subjects and Questions
The following questions will be the ones I will attempt to explain before this article is complete: How does a sun or star create ring systems? How do planets form rings? How does a star discharge a new planet into it's own independent rotation around a star? How do moons form from planetary rings? Why does Mercury have such a tilted orbit around the sun? Why is Venus' rotation retrograde, and why in the earth's deep ocean trenches, has massive ancient magma flows solidified with reverse magnetic polarity from the rest of the planets ancient magma flows and plates? Quite a broad and seeming unassociated list of questions, wouldn't you say? Could they all possibly be related? The answer I believe is yes; they are all parts of the process I will describe in this article.
It is my personal opinion that for myself The Universal One is Walter Russell's greatest cosmological treatise. Between those two covers, in book one, he gives us our relationship to the creation, and the (199 new laws and principles to measure our observation of the creation by. With an understanding of these rules and laws the clockworks of the micro- and macro- systems of creation can be shown. Without these tools, only someone of his personal enlightenment with creation would be able to know the Universal process of nature's creation.
Walter Russell's wish was that The Universal One would never be republished. He knew that the book contained some discrepancies and was very concerned that students would find themselves confused and mislead on some issues. One such discrepancy or apparent inconsistency is regarding satellite formation from a primary or stars. In The Universal One, chapter 21, page 223, Russell describes satellites (planets from stars) as being expunged directly from there primary. Walter Russell revised the process later in his work Atomic Suicide?. Therein he depicts a process of a set of four (4) rings being cast off from the primary with each ring winding itself into a spherical planet or moon.
First thing we need for clear understanding of our subject is to lay out the basic dynamics pervading all forming and de-forming bodies in stellar systems. Chart #1 Fig. 2 states that systems are closed loops. Russell shared with us that all matter resides within boundaries of Space called wave fields. These wave fields boundaries are walls in Space of low pressures where they meet other system low-pressure walls. A better way to describe these wave fields is to say they are zones of extremely low energies backed up to other zones of extremely low energies. This does not preclude the fact that light and other masses of higher energy pass through these zones by virtue of not being a part of that systems closed loop energy pattern. If low energy or pressure is the measure of the outer fringes of solar systems, then what lies close to or at the solar systems center? High pressure or higher energy lies at the zero point center of all stellar systems.
There are two primary dynamic forces of motion at work in forming, formed, and deforming bodies within systems. Chart #1 Fig. 2 shows characterizations of these dynamic energy formations of motion. From a zero point of balance in energy systems centers, two dynamic extensions play off of each other in an evolutionary exchange. Oscillations like a pendulum crossing at its center of balance then begin to swing in the other direction to return back to the original point of balance to start swinging the other way again. Note these as follows; centripetal vortexes as extensions of systems poles, and centrifugal rings as extensions of systems equators. This is the Dance of Shiva, present within all dynamic systems of motion. The centripetal motion compresses the voids or ether of low energy zones of Space into high compressions at zero point centers of systems to create nuclei. Centrifugal motion de-compresses the high compressed energies at centers of systems (nuclei) as energy being casted into cooled solids of matter. Eventually by continuing centrifugal expansion along orbital planes, a final lowering of energies decomposing matter (nuclei and their secondaries) back to the low potentials of ether Space at wave field boundary zones.

Each nuclei, either primary or secondary (sun, planets, and or moons in our story), evolve though nine octave cycles and simulates each of seven elements and many isotope resonant tonal positions of matter in each of these octave cycles. Chart #1 Fig. #1 show a simplified examples of The Russell Nine Octave Chart of the Elements, and in Fig #3 a example of the seven tonal positions that are within each of the nine octaves. These tonal positions each represent a single distinctive element. Russell claimed each element in nature is nothing more than wound up ether in high-energy states, each element having distinct character by it's resonating frequency that's controlled by shape and motion only. The sun is evolving through a closed loop of evolution also; it is presently in the third octave at the front half of the seven tonal positions ready to move into the carbon overtone position. More precise, the sun is at the beginning half of the carbon overtone position. This is a +4 -4 position. This position is unique as a resonate tonal position and even more unique as an octave position. Unique within the resonate positions because the first 3 resonate positions are predominately gyro compressive, and the last 3 resonate positions are gyro radiative in nature. This makes the +4 -4 position one of primarily stable balance compared to other positions. Within the nine-octave scale, carbon holds the exact balance position between the first 3 octaves or gyro compressive octaves, and the other 3 gyro radiative octaves. Carbon is the most stable and balanced form in Universe by this measure. Walter Russell informs us that stars and all other bodies are formed from dynamic actions that take place between north/south polar axis and east/west equatorial planes. We will refer to north /south poles as polar and the east/west planes as the equator planes to simplify our explanations in this article.

Breathing Dynamic Systems
Vortexes being dynamic systems breathe, their bases pulse and change diameter, and their apexes move closer and further apart as a result. Chart #2 Polar vortex systems are identified as the north / south static spin axis, They reveal their wall systems as inclinations of the magnetic pole from the static rotation axis. This is the gyro generative or compressive dynamic polar axis system. Chart #2 & SolarRingsChart3 Equator planes have pairs of vortexes, their wall systems being identified by dynamic Cancer-Capricorn belts or solar ecliptics, but always centered by a static equator, they are a gyro radiating system. Both these systems, polar and equatorial are again dynamic and move at 90-degree angles from one another. The sun's vortexes act as giant cosmic piston pumps, two stages, one stage compressive via poles and one stage radiating via equators. In a star it is part of natures process to attempt to gain the highest compression ratio possible in each octave overtone position and again in lesser degrees in every resonate element position. A dynamic system in the first 3 of the element position seeks higher and higher compression, and in the second 3 of the element positions it lowers its compression achievements to a lesser degree. You can visualize the pump pistons in Chart #2, as the two diamonds in the center of the sun observed in the two pictures in the chart. The left-hand drawing is showing us that as the polar vortexes wane, become further apart, so do the equatorial vortexes. This means that the compression stroke of the sun to build energies in its core - through its polar vortexes are relaxed and so are the equators, (generative minimum). The right drawing demonstrates the in-breathing half cycle, or building of energies within the sun as all the vortexes of the polar region and equators come closer to mating their outer walls and their apexes come closer together, (generative maximum). The dynamic equators release less energy as compression is built up. The walls of the polar vortexes are shown to be the Dynamic Polar lines in Chart #2. The dynamic equators or the Cancer-Capricorn sun spot belts create the boundaries edges of the Solar Ecliptics.
Sunspots, as shown in Chart #2 demonstrate the rotational character of planer equatorial vortexes in both the upper and lower hemispheres of the sun. It should be noted that rotational hemispheric opposition in sun spots is mirrored on earth as opposing rotations seen in atmospheric storms on the upper and lower hemispheres, such as tornadoes and hurricanes, and at home watching the water swirl down the drain. Counter clockwise in the Northern Hemisphere, and clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere. They are in Chart #2 to help make clear the point that opposing rotation of vortexes, where their outer walls meet at static equators. Another example can be seen in the upper right hand corner of Chart #4. Equatorial vortexes are not only responsible for ring rotation, but are instruments by which the delivery of needed plasmas can be channel to the static equator area for ring formation see Chart #2, right lower sphere, and Chart #5 at static equator local.

A Canvas to Paint Upon
No matter what is constructed by Universe itself, or by man and creature, a canvas or platform is necessary to construct upon. This is also true with ring systems around primaries. For a moment take into account of some of the static and dynamic systems we have talked about so far, Polar vortices (dynamic), polar spin axis (static), Cancer-Capricorn belts (dynamic) and Planer equator (static). To build a masterpiece of natural, simple and elegant art I would prefer a stable static platform to construct, paint and model upon. So too does nature, rings are built upon static equators from discharges of the primary nuclei.
Disk and Ring Formation
The static equator provides the two-dimensional platform necessary for ring system construction. A static equator is just that, a static demarcation point between two dynamic hemispheric zones defining a still planer disk in Space. Walter Russell in his book A New Concept of the Universe chapter 21 shares with us general information as to how ring systems function in planet and moon formation. Some of what he said is quoted below regarding the roles of equators to ring formation
The two as-yet-ignored magnetic poles have already been referred to as east and west magnetic poles (these are our static and dynamic equators, along with their centering apexes found in the suns core). The office of these east and west positive and negative poles is to control the balance of prolating and oblating spheres and their orbits as they contract into spheres and expand into rings equatorially, in opposition to the north and south poles which control the balance of extension and contraction in the direction of rotating poles.
Nature is engaged solely in the manufacture of spheres of solid matter surrounded by cube wave fields of tenuous Space. Spheres are created by extending the flat discs, which are the inert gases, into rings and spheroids which gradually become spheres. The opposition of the north and south magnetic poles is accountable for that. They thrust away from each other as hard as they can to fulfill the generative half of the electric cycle.
The generative half is the polarizing half. It is the vitalizing half, comparable to the maturing years of man's life from babyhood to forty years. The north and south poles thrust not only against each other's resistance but against the opposite thrust of the east and west poles, which finally conquer the generative power of gravity and oblate spheres into spheroids, then thrust spheroids into rings and discs until the depolarization process is complete. The depolarizing radiative half of the cycle might be likened to the aging latter half of a man's life.
Static Disk Formation
This static demarcation point between two dynamic hemispheric zones defining a still planer disk in Space surrounding the sun, where in Space around the sun does it exists? Study of the solar shells would seem to place the only logical zone for ring system formation somewhere in the outer reaches of the coronasphere. The coronasphere is not the surface area of the sun but the outer atmospheric zone. Interestingly though, this zone, and others around the sun have been surveyed by several Space probes and from earth using very special telescopes. Measurements have been very well documented that the core of the sun itself may only exceed the high temperatures of the coronasphere. However, a little later in this article you will see the temperature could vary radically in the evolution of the sun in it's life cycles. For matter to collect, as a ring formation at the ring local temperatures would have to be low enough for matter to cool for plasmas to elemental formations. These formations from cast off ejecta from the sun do in the sun's life cycles or breaths cool enough to sit at this coronal ring zone. The above quotes from A New Concept of the Universe, also speak of the Inert or Noble gases, these gases if you remember in Chart #1 are the seed precursors to each octaves seven resonate elements in the nine-octave scale of the elements. Russell| claims Nobel gases are two-dimensional formations. These could be better described as quasi-two dimensional matter states, very nebulous, in fact almost flat, and disk shaped, but organized and dynamic as atomic systems. It would for the sake of this article be best to say, in the formation of spheres that a still planer disk in Space surrounding the sun becomes the local for disk(s) to form
Dynamic Ring Formation
Ring formation can only occur during calmer master breath cycle of the sun. Slower and organized plasma ejections from the photosphere (surface) of the sun are needed to allow system organization in the disk local for ring formation to take place. Recall Chart #3 lower and upper right pictures, we have discussed the vortex formation along the polar shaft of the suns dynamic system. The dynamic equators perform in a similar way but vary with vortexes forming along the north dynamic equatorial ecliptic and the balancing static equator. The same thing occurs between the static and the south dynamic equatorial ecliptic and the balancing static equator. All around the circumference of the sun this vortex activity occurs in the flows of ejecta from the sun. This activity to date hasn't been recorded as standard ejecta activity; focus has primarily been upon the great leaps of ejecta that we witness as great arches of solar activity. However, this vortex action around the circumference of the sun carries plasma ejecta from the photosphere to the coronasphere's ecliptics and static disk local. Some of this ejecta continues on and out into the stellar neighborhood to cool into elements. Some materials stay within the disk local and cool to elemental matter as part of the ring material. We know of some of the primary elements that are discharged from our sun, chiefly the composites contain hydrogen, helium, iron, sodium, calcium, and magnesium to name a few. In fact, all elements are formed within the sun; we just haven't identified them as yet. However there is not enough mechanical function to cause matter to stay based on the hemispheric vortex activities as shown in Chart #3 where equatorial vortexes meet. They do however, help track the matter from the vortexes curved outward spiral path to the flat plane the disk rotates on. This activity can be seen on Chart #3 in the upper right picture. So what is this missing mechanical function necessary to help elemental matter stay in the disk local to become the substance of rings and the aggregate materials of planets? It's the suns potentiation at the disk local caused by the rotation around the equator as the disk moves through the magnetosphere of the sun. Induction of a strong electro-magnetic field occurs in the ring disks conductive elements as the ring rotates and operates like Faraday's Dynamo Chart #5.

Matter Aggregates within the Ring System
In a Faraday Generator, eddy currents, Arago's Eddie Current Experiments Chart #5, of circular motion develop in the disk. The same swirls of current erupt all around the stellar ring as this eddies build and subside within the ring system. Each of these circular flat swirls develops zero point still centers for aggregation of matter to form around within the ring. The ether does this in Space within the wave fields of our system, falling into the sun's North / South vortexes feeding the compressive polar cycle to its zero point center within its own core. Polarized particles of matter will now collect to form larger structures within the ring. These structures continue to group as they move to new locals of dynamic gravitational balance outside of the Roche Limit (area where matter is dragged by gravity of the primary sphere back to the primary). Another system of induction that is also active, to a lesser extent is induction by the Seebeck Effect Chart #5 (induction of electrical effect due to temperature differential). Difference in temperatures exists between the inner edge of the ring system and the outside of the ring system. Cooling plasmas and elements of metals in the ring system are always present within the ring mass for induction in a sun system.
As matter becomes larger in size due to group cohesion, it now also becomes collectors of plasmas that were to hot for the disk to capture before. The larger bodies of matter now stand in the way of plasma discharges or ejecta passing by, collision result in the collection of more matter as ejecta plasma cools to stick to the body of lower temperature and heavy electric potential aggregates. I hope the reader understands, that the final missing component that created this dynamic structural change from a disk to a planet builder was the introduction of North / South Magnetic streams from the magnetosphere of the sun to the two dimensional planer disk local. This developed a three dimensional platform giving us all the static, dynamic, electric, and magnetic systems needed by Russellian science to build matter.
Ring and Planet Formation Event Cycles
The above processes of ring and planet/spheroid formation can only take place during specific master event moments in the breathing cycles of a star/sun. The presence of relative fixed north/south poles within the sun, (stable fields that we will discuss shortly) are prerequisites for planetary/spheroid formation. Secondly, the event moments coincide with master breathing cycles of great enough magnitudes, and maintained or increase this magnitude for a long enough length of time that resonate actions of aggregation can form rings and or planet/spheroids. This cycle time event only occurs during long master breathing cycles of suns during sun's life at overtone amplitude positions in the nine octave elemental chart positions, beginning at the third octaves carbon amplitude position. And at every other amplitude position for every other element in the second half of the third octave as well as â€œallâ€ other positions within â€œallâ€ following octaves after the carbon position. This is possible due to high compression ratios within the heart of systems of primaries or suns during their evolution through the de-generative half of the remaining octaves. This level of compression is only first achieved beginning at the carbon position. All other positions that follows the carbon position never achieve this â€œhighestâ€ compression ratio, but due achieve compression ratios great enough to sustain ring formation.
It needs to be understood that ring formation does not happen during the rise to maximum compressions, but only after the compression ratio has been achieved and discharge has started. Compression closes the circumference of the dynamic polar vortex bases, and dynamic equators reduce their distance from the static equator. In the discharge cycle the reverse takes place and the system breaths out between its dynamic equators. Plasma discharge from the photosphere during inbreathing cycles is at minimums and the plasma is to hot for ring formation. But during out breathing cycles, plasma discharges are far greater in quantity and plasma cools faster at ring locals. As vast quantities of plasma discharge from the photosphere, during radiative half cycle towards radiative minimums, the solar density of the photosphere drops, and therefore the temperature drops at the photosphere accordingly. Cooler plasma can now precipitate into heavy elements as gases and solids, at locals on the ring where polar north/south streams of cooling plasmas find environmental balance conducive to element formation, cohesion, and aggregation. The north/south magnetspheric streams offer polar centripetal vortex motion around zero balance points along the ring systems.
Planetary Evolution from a Static Equator to a Dynamic Ecliptic
Sphere formation is the outcome of ring formation as rings evolve. A ring of elemental matter around the sun, of great enough quantities, naturally aggregates and forms spheres during the periods in which master breathing cycles wane back to minimums. Another aspect of this evolution of rings to spheres is the eventual evolution of the sphere from the static equator orbit to one of an ecliptic along the sun north ecliptic. This progression of the sphere evolution is also during the wanes of the master breathing cycles to a radiative minimum. See Chart #5 to see example of a planet leaving the suns ring area to a deeper ecliptic orbit. Each planet leaves the static ring equator to the ecliptic plane at different times close to the wane of the return journey of the dynamic equators to the master cycle's minimum radiative expansion. Most of our planets in the solar system have been released to ecliptic orbits at a similar point in this waning cycle. All of the planets excluding Mercury were released in a window of inclination of orbit to plane of the sun of 3.39 degrees. Mercury being of such low mass would seem to indicate that its formation as well as release to ecliptic orbit must have happened much later in one of the master breathing cycles sub breaths. On the return to the radiative minimum, this greatly increased the inclination of Mercury to 7.00 degrees. Pluto however has an inclination of orbit from the solar static equatorial plane of 17.00 degrees. This inclination is due to its deep orbit. Adult Pluto is now freeing itself completely from it's primary the sun, as are adult Uranus and adult Neptune. Proof of this being the case is further evidenced by Uranus having such a massive inclination of its equator to orbital plane, and a displaced magnetic field from center of the planet. Neptune also exhibits a magnetic field with massive anomalies. These deep solar system planets are acting in accord with universal laws of satellites as defined by Walter Russell.
Our Suns Rotation
Note that in Chart #6, the three green rings with arrows in each drawing depicts the rotational constant of the suns body in one direction always. The rotation of the sun is a processional relationship with its surrounding stars, in concert with the galaxy it belongs in. Therefore all the same rules govern its movements as all other bodies in the universe. The sun will never reverse its rotation, that processional is locked in as a sprocket is locked into the mechanism of which it is a part.
Unknown until very recently, is the heavily documented facts that the sun reverses its (magnetic) poles every eleven years, in twenty two year cycles (Chart #6). This reversal cycle will not only continue for millennia to come, but will shorten to reversals of much less than eleven years as the sun enters it's carbon phase and continues to shorten its reversals until the +4 -4 amplitude overtone position has been reached. Here at the amplitude position the sun will start to lengthen these reversal cycles as it leaves the carbon position. The sun in its life cycle, up to the Boron position has not had the core compression ratios necessary to drive its own internal thermo-dynamics and internal plasma eddy flows, at pressures high enough to causing the electric and magnetic knotting that create the polar reversals. The sun as a non-solid body, has potential to continue polar casual reversals often throughout the rest of it's evolution. Again, just as with ring formation past the carbon position, the sun will continue periodically to reverse its poles and demonstrate core knotting.
Polar magnetic field reversal is a function of the overtone positions of each of the seven resonates tonal positions within each octave. The three positions pre and post are lesser in magnitude than the overtone or +4 -4 position in each octave. All these positions demonstrate reversals, however the overtone and post positions manifest the function at higher levels because of dynamic balance in the overtone, and dynamic balance due to discharge in the post three resonate positions at their equators. Field reversal is a demonstration of internal knotting at the core apex of a system. The systems dynamic vortexes, both polar and on the equators both find their greatest dynamic balance as their respective apexes squeeze closer and closer, then wane in steps of a lessening regiment of balancing. Knotting is the sign of dynamic balance represented in core speed and core compression within dynamic systems in motion.
Orbital and Processional Anomalies
Venus among all our planets is the only one to exhibit retrograde rotation on its axis, reversed as compared to all the other planets. This too is proof of Walter Russell's universal laws maintaining order. Venus was thrust away from the sun as were her three other group companions Mercury, Earth and Mars, each created one at a time, each from a single ring. Each ring being one sub breath of a single master breathing cycle in accordance with universal law. Master cycles occur periodically in the life of a sun, each consuming millions of years. And still other millions in their rest between new master cycles. However Venus was formed while the sun's South Pole was temporarily in the upper hemisphere (see Chart #4), the reverse as when all the other eight detected planets where formed. Therefore her north/south poles are reversed from her siblings. Venus thus rotates in a direction opposite to her sister planets, yet her rotation remains west to east relative to her north/south poles in conformity with universal law. Venus was discharged from the suns static equator to orbit, after the suns poles had reversed back to a position of the north polarity being in the upper hemisphere.
An Earth Anomaly
Another related anomaly to polar reversal is here on earth. It has been noted by current scientist that deep in the oceans of our planet, along the tectonic plates, reversed magnetic field anomalies show up in ancient frozen under-sea lava beds. These frozen lava beds have reverse magnetic fields from the rest of the earth crust and adjacent lava beds. Speculation of the earth rolling over on her poles has been just one example of explanations to answer this anomaly. The answer is simple; earth just as her parent does, has reversed her poles at least once in her history, but has never rolled over or reversed her rotation. Solid bodies such as our planet, unlike a non-solid body like the sun have much harder time switching their poles around. The only time earth has ever mustered enough energy in her core to cause polar reversals was during her evolution through the carbon amplitude position in which she long ago passed. Earth unlike the sun will not be reversing her poles again until she becomes an expanded deep orbit planet in our solar system.
Summary and Conclusion
Creation of moons from their primaries, planets in revolution around a star are constructed using all he same tools and universal laws that have been applied in this article. There is but one set of laws governing all the creation both micro and macro of Universe. Walter Russell was granted the knowledge of these to share with us. Formation of moons from planets, do have their own sets of natural structural restraints when comparing them to planetary formation from a parent star. The same statement applies also to creation of sub atomic particles to atomic system structures at the micro level. All planets in their evolutions all resemble each other at different stages of their unfolding. Each stage poses it's own set of mechanical restraints as well as attributes that may enhance secondary sphere formations. An example might be; solid bodied planets, in early resonant positions in an octave, and may have little success for forming dominant ring masses due to short of intervals at amplitude positions. Their moons might be small compared to more gaseous bodies. A gaseous planet may have an easier time casting ejecta. Another example would be; Moon formation rings will have almost no plasma contribution to spheroid formation materials. An example of help might be a planet captures a rogue asteroid that merges with the ring matter for larger moon formation. Or a rogue capture of a large asteroid may change the dynamics of it's new host primary and ring formation is precluded altogether for several cycles. This is an induced change in the primary body. To summarize the above, there are always sets of factors that create individual character traits in all systems.
What then is the final out come of our sun or any body of matter as it evolves through its entire life cycle? Our sun will one day in millennia to come overcome it's own ability to collect ether and compress it into incandescent matter. It will bore a hole in its center and leave itself as a set of rings in Space. Maybe in that event evolution it may collapse into a black hole, go supernova, or simply collapse back upon itself and start the whole process over again as a new star in the heavens. Like all other things, every other event in the galactic neighborhood will come to bare upon our suns final event solution. The future is written in the stars!
