Philadelphia, Dec. 12,—The stockholders of the Keely Motor Company did not hold their annual meeting to-day owing to a clause in the by-laws which provides for an attendance of three-fifths of the members. About 25 of the shareholders gathered in the hall at the southeast corner of Eighth and Walnut streets at noon, and after waiting for half an hour, they adjourned without transacting any business. Among the members present were Gen. Bellinger, the President of the company, and Directors C. K. Dutton and Georgo H., Hastinga of New-York, and William Boekel, Charles W. Schuellarman, . D. Bentley, Harrison Snyder, William Clark, end J. G. Sankey of this city. Mr. Snyder made a motion for an indefinite adjournment, which was carried.
