We, the discoverers of perpetual motion, and inventors of THE
RUSSELLS OPTICAL REACTOR, are pleased to announce to the world, and
especially to those countries in it whose very existence is dependent
upon securing oil from other countries，that we have surmounted the presumably impossible feat of producing a machine which will give Niagaras of light, heat and power to motivate all industrial plants, all transportation, from railroads to automobiles on land and passenger and warships to motor craft on sea, all apartment buildings and hotels in cities and city streets, and all individual homes and farms the world over AT NO FUEL COST WHATSOEVER.
More especially are we pleased that it will transform the life and living conditions of all people living in the snow countries above the 40th parallel, such countries as Northern America, Canada, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Siberia, China and Mongolia, by making it possible for them to grow unlimited quantities citrus and other fruits, roots and green vegetables, of both tropical and temperate zones the year round in millions of mammoth double glassed green-houses, to give an abundant food supply to the world's fast multiplying population by making available hundreds of millions of now unavailable acres of fertile virgin soil for that purpose.
THE RUSSELLS OPTICAL REACTOR WILL DO WITH SAFETY, AND AT NO FUEL
COST, WHAT ANY NUCLEAR REACTOR DOES WITH GRAVE DANGER TO THE
WHOLE HUMAN RACE, AND AT TREMENDOUS COST. Not only that but THE RUSSELLS REACTOR can be scaled to an automobile or the greatest leviathan of the seas, while the nuclear reactor is usable only in large operations and is chained to just one location.
We have proven the validity of our concept by making a simple small scale working model which is now supplying all the heat, light and power needed for our four story 52 room University. Our reactor generates much more power than needed for whatever purpose intended, so enough of that surplus is taken off from its generator to motivate the reactor in perpetuity.
Nuclear reactors need whole buildings for operation while ours occupies no more space that a furnace or oil heating plant to house its reactor, its steam-turbine and its generator. The nuclear reactor must be prevented from harming humans by building great concrete walls around them, while ours is perfectly harmless and occupies so little space that the one which operates at our headquarters occupies hardly more than six cubic feet, has no moving parts, and weighs not more than four hundred pounds, exclusive of its small steam turbine and generator.
It is needless to say that such a simple, mobile, light and power producing, machine would not only effect the whole world-economy, but would be the first step in bringing abundance of the necessities for human existence to every nation on the face of this earth.
This is what God intended for mankind when he shall have arrived at that stage of his slowly awakening intelligence to realize the vast power which lies dormant in him without even having the awareness that he has inherited such a vast power. The only reason why man has not yet discovered this inherent power within him is because he does not realize that he is yet only in an early, barbaric stage of his unfolding and has yet a long way to go to reach those far stages, such as the rare few geniuses and still fewer cosmic consciousness Illuminates who have far surpassed his present stage which Emerson described as but "the cock-crowing and morning star" of his evolution.

Might there not be countless other buttons of force whirling around that curved direction?
If so what is happening in space as a result of it?
Let us consider this.
Pass a current in the manner indicated in diagram No. 1 through a straight wire and parallel loops of force result.
In nature an electric line of force cannot travel in a straight line because of the curvature of pressure gradients surrounding all masses and because of resistance.
In Nature then we get the effect indicated in diagram No. 2.
What happens?
A high pressure point develops at the point marked which becomes the gravitative center of many systems and gradually absorbs them all.
This seems to be nature's accumulating process of condensation.
If we pass a current through a coiled wire, surrounding a bar of steel, the bar will suspend itself at its high pressure core.
It we pass a strong current through a heavy spirally coiled wire such a high pressure will develop at its center that a bar of steel will become red hot and its energy will radiate into the low pressures outside of the coil.
Is this not exactly akin to the high pressures generated in the same manner in our sun and in our planets?
Is not our sun the high pressure nucleal center of our striation?
Is not the coiled wire with a central elongated bar following the line of high pressure exactly analagous to the sphere whose every loop of gravitative force converges to a meeting point at its center in mutually attractive lines, and whose radiative force diverges radially in mutually repellant lines?
Is not the generative direction the inductive direction of greatest heat; and conversely is not the direction of cold the exactly opposite or conductive direction?
If these facts are correct then does it not necessarily follow that the direction radiation leads is toward the condensing zones of cold and low pressure?
If this is true then the direction that generates condensation must be away from cold towards heat.
Heat leads to cold and turns back again to heat in a never ending cycle.
What then can heat be but more energy packed into less volume under high pressure than when in that expanded state of low pressure known as cold?
