Cleve Baxter was an early researcher into non-human consciousness. A CIA polygraph expert, one day he decided to hook up his polygraph to the office house plant. He got results that showed not only that plants have a form of consciousness, but that they are prescient as well. This is his only solo authored book that describes his research.
Mr. Baxter worked with Ingo Swann as described in Swann's memoire, "The Real Story," and presented at IRVA's 2002 conference in Austin, Texas.
