7.1 - Matter is centralized motion

We have seen how compressing electric force centers about and spins around a neutral center or what Russell called Magnetic Shaft when centralizing along a single vector of three total vectors. Because there are three vectors (3-D) there are three centralizing motions about three axis. These three motions would therefore be orthogonal or at right angles to each other when harmonic. When all three are harmonic the three shafts or axis would disappear into a single point. Each of these three spinning units would form a vortex shell or envelope one inside the other and each having a squeezing effect on the others. The high velocity spinning Etheric shell is highly attractive and compresses as a shrinking band parallel to the equators of each rotating assembly. Each spinning shell or envelope effort represents the crest of a Russell wave (4++) being three active as one. See Figure 7.2 - Step 2 - Vortex Formation about a Single Axis. The study of the formation of matter then is the study of these causitive periodic and rhythmic motions (Russell waves) in all of their characteristics, parameters and associations.
