Two double vortices of the triple double vortices (on triple axis) forming two congruent spheres. As the rotating envelopes of Etheric (quantum) substance contract to a common and mutual center the contained power/pressure increases proportionately. Figure 5.4 - Vortex and Gyroscopic Motion on One Plane then on three forming Sphere (right image) shows the three contracting layers sealing in the interior vortical structure of an atom. Likewise these zones of contracting Etheric (quantum) substance become zones of attraction to other external atoms which will, when attracted, bind on and along these zones in an orthogonal 3-D pattern - these bindings are the ionic bonds of conventional science when on the molecular to first interatomic levels or dimensions or subdivisions. These attractions are deemed the result of syntropic Bjerknes Harmonic Attraction (and governed by Keely's Law of Attraction) whether within the Etheric, atomic or molecular levels of activities.
