3.02 - The Dispersion Mind Field

Under certain conditions (when encountering the depolar/neutral Plane of Inertia of Part 06 - Formation of Cubes) depolarizing particles found in the expanded Dispersion Field (Keely's sevenths subdivision of matter) reverse polarity from expanding or dispersive to be contractive or assimilative. (Let it be known there are two primary fields or conditions of dispersed particles/centers. The first where dispersed elemental atomoles, Figure 3.3 - Orthogonal Structure and Dynamics #6, are preponderantly contractive or assimilative and are mutually assimilating towards a dominant center. The second where gross matter has dissociated through enharmonic influences and this array of dispersing particles/centers mutual repel one another as they radiate towards the Zone of Neutrality (Plane of Inertia), Figure 3.3 - Orthogonal Structure and Dynamics #7 and complete depolarization. This dual state is shown in the Chart of Matter and Energy, the centripetal state at the top and the centrifugal state at the bottom. General polarization occurs in triple polar orthogonal orientations, Figure 3.3 - Orthogonal Structure and Dynamics #4, by nature of the triune modal character of all wave patterns develop into a six directional form (orthogonal) or cube, Figure 3.3 - Orthogonal Structure and Dynamics #5. Since all things are mirrored this will result in each triune configuration to be triplicated. Therefore there are nine pairs or eighteen vectors altogether. See Part 12 - Russells Locked Potentials for discussion on these eighteen polar characteristics.
