10.01 - An Overview

Modern science works with effects. It never works with cause. Medical science is especially known for this as they persist in treating symptoms always ignoring the cause of the affliction. The cause of any and all illness is always "an idea held within a belief" according to Quimby. I agree completely with Quimby's ideas which coincide directly with A Course in Miracles, Edgar Cayce, A Dialogue on Awakening, Hubbard's Dianetics, and many other sources.

"The cause of all motion is the dynamic action of thinking of the One universal living Being, which man calls God, or Mind, or by other names, all of which stand practically for the one idea of fatherhood, or deity.''

Thinking is a process, an orderly, evolutionary, periodic process of absolute limitations.

"All motion of thinking Mind is born in the maximum high speed of the universal constant of energy. It runs the gamut of periodic and opposing deceleration and acceleration in six full tones, one double tone, and a master-tone, to each of ten lowering octaves, and a variable number of mid-tones in each of the last four octaves." Russell, The Universal One, Book 1, Chapter 2 - The Life Principle

"For a belief is a chemical change produced in the mind by language which conveys an idea of an invisible thing that cannot be seen but described. The image being created in the mind according to description, the matter is kept condensing and phenomena is produced on the body according to the belief." Quimby, The Quimby Manuscript

"One may interpret quantum mechanics as stating that any observable is an effect, since it is assumed to have a virtual state cause. In the axioms of quantum mechanics, an operator is required for every observable. The causitive potential must be, and is, comprised entirely of virtual vector components." Bearden, Analysis of Scalar/Electromagnetic Technology

"It is never by chance but as with all things in this material world, there are causes, there are effects. To be sure, at times there may be what might be called accidents. But these, too, in a causation world, have their cause and effect." Cayce 2927-1

"Causes have an inherent momentum which they carry on down to their eventual end, and results consequently must follow; but an original cause is a distinct departure from one grade, classification, state, or condition to another. A cause is the complete transformation of one nature into the nucleus of another." Dr. H. S. Harvey Spencer Lewis, "The Symbolic Prophecy of the Great Pyramid"

"The law of cause and effect is immutable, by choice in individual experience. Or choice is the factor that alters or changes the effect produced by that which is the builder for every experience of associations of man, in even material experience. Hence as thought and purpose and aim and desire are set in motion by minds, their EFFECT is as a condition that IS. For its end, then, has been set in that He, the Giver of the heavens and the earth and those things therein, has set the END thereof." Cayce 262-83

Sympathetic Vibratory Physics (SVP) endeavors to uncover cause (Mind) of the many effects science sees and usually interprets erroneously or as observables only or not at all. A case in point is the phenomenon called "sympathy" (mutual attraction) between seeming individuated objects. Sympathy is a state or condition existing between seeming individual objects be they persons, tuning forks, musical instruments, atoms and molecules or motors and windows. Sympathy is the active and foundation principle in what is now being called quantum entanglement or where distant objects behave as one object. All occurences of sympathetic vibration and sympathetic oscillation are actuated by virtue of sympathy sometimes called empathy.

SYMPATHY: 1. Pertaining to or produced by sympathy.
2. Pertaining to the sympathetic nervous system.
3. The sympathetic nervous system.
The definition I like says it all: "The mutual relation between parts more or less distant, whereby a change in the one has an effect upon the other." Blakiston's New Gould Medical Dictionary, The Blakiston Company, 1949; 1st edition.
SYMPATHY: 1. a. A real or supposed affinity between certain things, by virtue of which they are similarly or correspondingly affected by the same influence, affect or influence one another (especially in some hidden, unseen way), or attract or tend towards each other.
1. b. A relation between two bodily organs or parts (or between two persons or things) such that disorder, or any condition, of the one induces a corresponding condition in the other.
2. Agreement, accord, harmony, consonance, concord, agreement in qualities, likeness, conformity, Correspondence.
3. a. Conformity of feelings, inclinations, or temperament, which makes persons agreeable to each other; community of feelings; harmony of disposition.
3. b. The quality or state of being affected by the condition of another with a feeling similar or corresponding to that of the other; the fact or capacity of entering into or sharing the feelings of another or others; fellow-feeling. Also, a feeling or frame of mind evoked by and responsive to some external influence. (source unknown)
I onced lived in a house whose front door had a hanging brass knocker. This knocker would vibrate against the door whenever a UPS truck came within two blocks of the house. The knocker would also vibrate when a friend's four cylinder Dodge car came to visit. But the knocker would not respond to any other vehicle. The cause of the knocker's resultant vibration is sympathetic vibration while its knocking motion (effect) is called resonance.

Sympathy then is not about "feeling sorry for someone". Sympathy is about "feeling (responding) AS something or someone other than self". Sympathy is therefore a form of LOVE or AFFINITY wherein two or more individuated objects feel/respond AS ONE - what happens to one is experienced by both or all, concurrently and similarly. Hence two perfectly tuned tuning forks (or any other tuned objects or parts within objects) vibrate AS ONE when either is stimulated into vibration or oscillation.

"To illustrate the necessity for accuracy, he states the best of our tuning forks, the actual standards of pitch, are usually about 1/40th from being concordant!" [GRADUATION OF SYMPATHETIC MACHINERY]

"Norman Lockyer deals with the law of sympathetic association as follows:- "While in the giving out of light we are dealing with molecular vibration taking place so energetically as to give rise to luminous radiation, absorption phenomena afford no evidence of this motion of the molecules when their vibrations are far less violent." . . ."The molecules are so apt to vibrate each in its own period that they will take up vibrations from light which is passing among them, provided always that the light thus passing among them contains the proper vibrations." . . . "Let us try to get a mental image of what goes on. There is an experiment in the world of sound which will help us." . . . "Take two large tuning-forks, mounted on sounding-boxes, and tuned to exact unison (entangled). One of the forks is set in active vibration by means of a fiddle-bow, and then brought near to the other one; the open mouths presented to each other. After a few moments, if the fork originally sounded is damped to stop its sound, it will be found that the other fork has taken up the vibration, and is sounding distinctly. If the two forks are not in unison, no amount of bowing of the one will have the slightest effect in producing sound from the other." [Clara Bloomfield-Moore, Keely and His Discoveries]
